2-Year Warranty

Our commitment to craft continues long after your helmet has been created, just as our commitment to our customers. That is why all Limar helmets are backed by a two (2) year limited manufacturer's warranty, to the original owner, against structural defects in material or to workmanship on all models. Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, visit the Contact Us page and submit a request form with "Warranty" as the Reason for Request. Please include the information below in the "Comment" field. Once your request is received, we will promptly respond and arrange a warranty claim.

  1. Picture(s) of the damaged Limar helmet
  2. Limar helmet model and serial number
  3. Limar helmet size and color
  4. Limar helmet manufacture date
  5. Customer’s full name
  6. Customer’s phone number
  7. Customer’s shipping address 
  8. Customer’s Order Number OR Proof of Purchase 

Lifetime Crash Replacement

As makers of some of the finest helmets you can find, we care about your safety first and foremost. Our primary mission is to design and craft the highest-quality, highest-performing helmets in the world. Our helmets meet the strictest international safety standards and are relentlessly tested in the toughest of conditions to ensure your peace of mind. Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever, not even your helmet, and Limar helmets have a 3-5 year lifespan. Fortunately, every Limar USA helmet is backed by our Lifetime Crash Replacement. If your Limar helmet is ever damaged, destroyed, or compromised in a crash during its lifetime, we will honor a 50% discount on a new Limar helmet. To initiate a crash replacement claim for a Limar product visit Contact Us and submit a request form with "Crash Replacement" as the Reason for Request. Please include the information listed below in the "Comment" field.

Limar Fit Guarantee

We are incredibly grateful for your business and for placing your trust and safety in our hands. Your satisfaction means the world to us and we are confident you will love your new Limar helmet, but sometimes, no matter how finely crafted your Limar helmet is, it isn't always the right fit. Fortunately every Limar USA purchase is backed by our Limar Fit Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.



Return Policy

All Limar products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. In order to be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:


1- Product must be in new and resalable condition
2- Product must be returned in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, bags and straps
3- Proof or purchase of product is required

To initiate a return, visit the Contact Us page and submit a request form with “Return” as the Reason for Request. Please include your order number and detailed description of your reason for requesting a return in the “Comment” field. Once your request is received, we will promptly contact you and arrange a Return Authorization and provide a shipping label for the product’s return. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of your return by our Returns Department within 1-3 business days. Shipping charges will not be charged to the customer for returned products that comply with the return policy. Returns that do not comply are subject to a restocking fee.

*Limar will not accept returns for used products damaged from misuse or abuse. Limar reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason. All purchases for close-out, custom, or sale helmets and products are final and are not eligible for return

Delivery

Typical UPS ground and USPS shipping time is between 1-7 business days within all 50 United States. Limar USA does not currently offer expedited shipping options. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order here – Track Your Order. We cannot hold orders or arrange shipments on a specific day. Delivery is determined by UPS and USPS and can be tracked using the tracking number associated with your order. Contact Us with any questions or concerns regarding shipping.


Shipping Costs

UPS Ground and USPS shipping is included with the purchase of your Limar helmet. Shipping costs for gear and accessories will be calculated at the time of checkout.


International Shipments

Limar provides a premier online helmet buying experience and can ship orders to all 50 States. Unfortunately, Limar USA does not ship orders internationally.
